Lambertville police blotter: reckless driving, suspected heroin and PCP, stolen rolls

lambertville policeThe following blotter has been provided by the City of Lambertville NJ Police Department. Names of suspects omitted:

CASE # 1300-3285 On Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013 at 8:30 a.m., Ptl Sharon Polyak was detailed to Sneddon’s Luncheonette for a report theft of and rolls. Eileen Sneddon stated the deliveryman left three dozen rolls outside the entrance way. When the luncheonette opened for thebusiness day, she discovered the rolls missing.

CASE # 1300-3247 On Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013 at 7:50 p.m., Ptl Michael Gramlich stopped a man, age 54, of Morrisville P.A. on North Main street for failure to keep right. He was subsequently arrested and charged with  possession of CDS suspected Heroin, possession of suspected PCP, and being under the influence of suspected Heroin and PCP.  Four motor vehicles summons: DUI, Reckless driving, CDS in a motor vehicle, and failure to keep right. The fellow was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

CASE # 1300-3217 On Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013 at 11 p.m., SGT Robert Brown arrested a man, 31, of Lambertville N.J. on three warrants: Hillside municipal Court for $1,500, Hopewell Township Municipal Court for $2,500, and Irvington Municipal Court for $500. Each agency released the man on his own recognizance.

CASE # 1300-3220 On Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013 at 1:31 am Ptl Michael Miloszar stopped a man, age 24, of Warminster P.A. on State Highway 179 for failure to keep right. He was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, reckless driving, and failure to keep right. The man was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

CASE # 1300-3231 On Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013 at 4:27 pm SGT Robert Brown was detailed to Ferry Street for a reported theft of Fire Equipment. Bruce Rock stated someone had removed his turnout jacket, and fire helmet from the rear of his vehicle. Fire equipment is the property of the Lambertville Fire Department.
