New Hope Police Department

August 26, 2013 –  At 1:56 a.m. Police cited a man, 23, of Lambertville, New Jersey, for Public Drunkenness, after he was found to be in an intoxicated state on South Main Street.

August 26, 2013 –  At 1:13 p.m. a Lakeview Drive resident reported to police that, at some time during the overnight hours, someone had thrown a rock through the front window of the residence.

September 6, 2013 –  At 10:10 a.m. a Village 2 resident reported to police that, at some time during the overnight hours, someone had “keyed” the driver side of his vehicle, while the vehicle had been parked in front of his residence.

September 6, 2013 – At 10 p.m., three police officers responded to a physical altercation on South Main Street between two gentlemen who appeared intoxicated. The fight was broken up, the two shook hands and were allowed to walk home. Job well done, according to our reporter at the scene.

September 7, 2013 –  At 12:51 a.m. Police arrested a fellow, 52, of New Hope, for Simple Assault and Harassment, as a result of an incident which occurred at a residence on North Main Street.  The man was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Charles Baum, and was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility when he was unable to post bail.

September 7, 2013 –  At 2 a.m. Police cited a man, 21, of Lambertville, New Jersey, for Public Drunkenness, after he was found to be in an intoxicated state on South Main Street.

September 8, 2013 –  At 1:01 a.m. Police cited a man, 26, of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, and a woman, 25, of Ewing, New Jersey, for Public Drunkenness, as a result of an incident which occurred in a West Bridge Street parking lot.

September 10, 2013 –  At 5:10 p.m. Police arrested a man, 44, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, on a Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Bench Warrant, after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for a traffic violation on South Main Street.  He was turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

 

City of Lambertville Police Department

CASE # 13003099 On Wednesday September 18, 2013 at 8:45 p.m. PTL Sharon Polyak was called to a residence on Coryell road for two juveniles throwing eggs at a residence. The juveniles were located and agreed to clean the eggs from the residence.

CASE # 13003112 On Friday September 20, 2013 at 1:19 a.m. Detective Michael Miloszar stopped a man on North Main street for a non-working license plate. The man was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license, and had an active traffic warrant issue by Hamilton Township, NJ Municipal Court for $15. He was issued a summons for driving with a suspended driver’s license and posted bail and was released.
