Jan. 05, 2014 โ€“ City Police responded to the area of 70 Alexander Avenue for a reported Hazardous Material (Hazmat) Spill. Upon police arrival, it was learned that a utility dump truck driven by Rodick Cyktor of Stockton was leaking diesel. The fuel appeared to be leaking from a separate fuel container located in the back of the vehicle. The Lambertville Fire Department, along with assistance from the DJBC, responded to clean up the spilled fuel. At this time no complaints have been filed. Ptl. Housman is investigating.

Jan. 06, 2014 โ€“ City Police responded to the 200 block of North Main Street to investigate the theft of rock salt. The victim, Georgene Yong, reported that several bags of rock salt had been stolen from the Village Apartments Complex. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lambertville Police Department. Ptl. Memolo is investigating.

Jan. 11, 2014 โ€“ At approximately 5:42 p.m., City Police responded to the area of Sheridan Park on York Street for a report of an intoxicated male. Upon arrival, Kenneth Muzychko , a 32-year-old male Lambertville resident was found intoxicated within the park. Muzychko was in possession of a near empty bottle of vodka as well as drug paraphernalia (glass pipe).Muzychko was transported to the Hunterdon Medical Center for treatment. Muzychko was charged with being in possession of an open container of alcohol in public. Muzychko was also charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia. Sgt. Brown is investigating.
