oWowCow Creamery of Ottsville and New Hope was recently awarded the “Best Ice Cream” distinction in Philadelphia magazine’s 2012 Best of Philly survey.
According to the accompanying remarks, oWowCow is “small-batch-crafted, organic, with heavenly flavors, served in two locales way out in the hinterlands of Bucks County. Trust us: Worth the schlep.”
At “hinterland” New Hope’s oWowCow outlet — Nina’s Waffles and Ice Cream on the corner of New and West Mechanic streets — management is tickled pink, as are the continuing crowds.
