The answer: No. After a day of rain, the weather will clear Friday and bring a chill to the area.
The National Weather Service’s regional office is calling for partly cloudy conditions with a low of 42 degrees for the evening. A breeze will greet trick-or-treaters as they make their way through local neighborhoods.
Halloween comes at the start of a week that will be filled with a mix of sun and clouds.
Overall Halloween looks likes nice. Not too cold and (hopefully) dry for youngsters looking to snag some candy.
