Police Log: Trespassing Arrests, Drug Arrest & More

May 5

Trespassing

At approximately 7:12 a.m., a 38-years-old woman from Central Avenue in Stirling, Morris County was arrested on multiple warrants after found trespassing at a business on North Union Street. The warrants were out of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, Doylestown (Bucks County) and Franklin Township (Somerset County). She was transported to the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department where she was lodged in default. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.

Trespassing

At approximately 7:12 a.m., a 43-year-old man from Chapel Road in New Hope Borough was arrested and charged with defiant trespass after being found inside of a business on North Union Street after being told he was not permitted inside. The man was released with a court date of June 7. Sergeant Memolo is the arresting officer.

May 6

Arrest

Approximately 2:46 a.m., a 33-year-old man from Evarts Street in Philadelphia was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Hoboken Municipal Court. The man was released with a court date of May 10 on the original charge. Patrolman Bereheiko is the arresting officer

May 8

DUI

At approximately 3:08 a.m., a 25-year-old woman from Neshaminy Valley Drive in Bensalem Township (Bucks County) was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, failure to use lamps when required, careless driving, and failure to possess a valid driver’s license. The woman was released with a court date of June 7. Sergeant Gramlich is the arresting officer.

Theft

At approximately 9:23 p.m., a resident reported having their car key stolen from inside Owowcow Creamery on North Union Street. The key was reported to have been placed on the counter for a short time and when the victim walked outside, they returned and noticed the key was missing. Sergeant Gramlich is investigating.

May 17

DUI

At approximately 1:04 a.m., a 27-year-old man from Lower Kingtown Road in Pittstown was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, reckless driving, and failure to signal a turn. He was released with a court date of July 5. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.

May 20

Drug Arrest

At approximately 11:57 a.m., a 44-year-old man from West 115th Street in New York City was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of crystal methamphetamine, xanax prescription pills, and improper containment of a prescription. The man was released with a court date to be determined by the Hunterdon County Superior Court. Patrolman Bereheiko is the arresting officer.

May 24

DUI

At approximately 1:54 a.m., a 36-year-old from Magnolia Drive in Levittown (Bucks County) was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, and reckless driving. He was released with a court date of July 5. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.
