While this February may not see the record-breaking low temperatures of a year ago, comfort food is still what many long for during this time of year. And just in time, the Pineville Tavern is introducing family-style, stick-to-your-rib favorites for budget-conscious families beginning Monday, Feb. 8.
“These are the dishes we grew up eating at home with our loved ones,” explained owner Drew Abruzzese. “But in our fast-paced lives, not a lot of people have the time to cook a hearty, delicious meal for our families every night. ”
Here’s the weekday lineup:
Monday – Handmade Ravioli and Meatballs with Garden Salad; Tuesday – Roast Chicken with Rice Pilaf and Vegetables; Wednesday – Homemade Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Sweet Peas; and Thursday – Country Style Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut with Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes.
February Family Dinners are available Mondays through Thursdays from 5 to 10 p.m., and cost $10 per person.
The Pineville Tavern is located at the intersection of Durham, Township Line, and Pineville roads, less than 10 minutes south of New Hope. Mangia!
