Artist Kirk Larsen of Hicksville, NY today took first place in a painting contest held on the front lawn of the Parry Mansion in New Hope. The competition was part of an extended weekend plein air painting event dubbed “Local Color” hosted by Bucks County Gallery of Fine Art.
