Tom Wopat at the Rrazz Room in New Hope
Tom Wopat has come a long way since he jumped, feet first, into the General Lee and sped away on classic television’s The Dukes of Hazzard. Since then, his classically trained voice and charisma haven taken him from car smashes and corny humor to numerous roles on television (Cybill, Home Improvement, Smallville), film (Taking Chance, Django Unchained) and Broadway. From a TONY nominated performance as Frank Butler, opposite Bernadette Peters, in Annie Get Your Gun, to the most recent hit shows Catch Me If You Can and The Trip to Bountiful, Mr. Wopat’s performance is characterized by velvety notes and a ruggedly handsome stage presence.
