THE WIZARD OF OZ – ON STAGE IN NEWTOWN
Family Stages returns to the Newtown Theater with their imaginative, delightful production of The Wizard of Oz. The single performance takes place Saturday, March 21 at 11:00 AM. What makes this show so special? It’s the two actors who bring the entire show to life, Lara Lamb and Steve Seyfried. How do two actors do that? It’s easy. Lara plays Dorothy and Steve plays everyone else! All of the familiar characters take their turns on the stage as Steve becomes a whirlwind of activity. Costumes and laughs fly fast and furiously as Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion, Witches Good and Wicked and, of course, the Wizard Himself!. There is great fun for audiences of all ages in this spirited, one hour show.
Tickets for The Wizard of Oz are $12 for adults and children and $10 for seniors and grandparents. Children under 3 are free.
