The Bucks County Sierra Club will present an informational forum on the PennEast

Pipeline. Taking place at Village Library of Wrightstown, 727 Penns Park Road, Wrightstown, Pennsylvania

18940. on Tuesday, March 7 at 6:45 PM and featuring Joanne Kilgour, director of the Sierra Club

Pennsylvania Chapter, Jeff Tittel, director of the Sierra Club New Jersey chapter, and Maya K. van Rossum

the Delaware Riverkeeper.

PennEast recently published alternate routes to the proposed Pipeline that would add two more Delaware

River crossings and shift a greater portion of the pipeline route to the Pennsylvania side of the river. The

proposed alternative route would affect Pennsylvania communities Such as Buckingham, Newtown, Solebury

Wrightstown as well as communities in New Jersey

The PennEast pipeline would have devastating environmental impacts, cutting a scar through

environmentally sensitive land and open spaces. This pipeline will promote fracking, add to air pollution,

and safety concerns to the surrounding communities.

The public is welcome but space is limited so we ask that people register at
