The Peaceable Kingdom Conference Launch Conference on Saturday, May 20, 2017, 8:30am-3pm, is the first annual

conference whose goals are to: respect animals’ emotions and intelligence; increase our reliance

on plant-based foods; be kind to Earth, its inhabitants, and ourselves; and, strengthen the human-

animal bond. There is a $20 per person registration fee; and pre-registration is required due to

limited seating.

The featured speakers and exhibitors are prominent Pennsylvanian community leaders in animal

welfare, agriculture, rescue, science, spirituality, and social justice. The Peaceable Kingdom

workshops emphasize the conference goals, invite participants to examine their personal

relationship with animals, and encourage participants to be open to adopting plant-based eating

in small ways.

The first annual Peaceable Kingdom Conference is being held at

Buckingham Friends Meeting, 5684 York Road (Route 202/263), Lahaska, PA, on May 19-20,

2017.

Conference participants can purchase vegan lunches from LUHV Factory and Vegan Burgers on

site at the conference break.

Everyone in the general public of all ages, vegans and non-vegans alike, are welcome to attend.

Participants can expect to hear thought-provoking topics such as Re-Wilding Our Hearts: a Path

Humane Society of the United States); Being Kind to Earth and Its Inhabitants (Dara Lovitz,

Peace Advocacy Network); Exploring the Bond Between People and Animals (Victoria Schade,

The conference exhibitors, also focused on the conference goals, share information with
