Chances are, if you’ve seen an owl, it’s been at a zoo or wildlife center, but have you ever seen or
heard the feathery predators in their natural habitat? Join BCAS Naturalists for an Owl Prowl on Friday,
January 20, at 7pm. After a live owl presentation by Mercer County Wildlife Center, we will head outside to
try to hear and see these amazing animals. Several species of local owls are setting up territories and breeding
this time of year, so winter is often the best time to observe owls in their natural habitat.
Fee: $5/BCAS members and $10 for Non-Members.
Participants are asked to dress warm and wear boots as we will be hiking at night. Space is limited, so
