Led by trumpet player Jon Ashcraft, the Midnight Sun Orchestra’s swinging jazz is enjoyed by dancers and listeners alike with the big band sounds of Count Basie, Les Brown, Ted Heath, and other great bands of the 40s and 50s.
The Midnight Sun Orchestra features some of the finest local jazz musicians including Al Harrison on trumpet, Robin Haffley on tenor sax, and Pat Pratico on guitar. Completing an authentic big band experience, the Midnight Sun Orchestra features the elegant vocals of Julie Rogers and has delighted audiences all over New Jersey with their faithful renditions of classic American swing.
The Midnight Sun Orchestra performs at the Havana Bar and Restaurant in New Hope, PA every first Sunday of the month.
