The promise of spring is just around the corner. Meet the early flowering plants and learn how they

have adapted to this potentially harsh time of year. This program will focus on early-blooming species

such as snow trillium, skunk cabbage, and hepatica. We’ll try to identify spring-blooming species from

the shoots that will just be poking through the soil. Indoor presentation followed by an outdoor walk.

Please dress for the weather.

This program will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The program fee

for Members is $15. The fee for non-members is $20. Call to register: (215) 862-2924.
