Some native plants, such as ferns, don’t flower at all. Ed Lignowski, Ph.D., will highlight the evolutionary

history and unusual reproductive habits of our native ferns. He will also review their natural habitats and

usefulness in native plant gardens.

This program takes place on Saturday, June 4 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The fee for Members is $15.

Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve is located at 1635 River Rd. (Rt. 32), just two and half miles south of
