Keith Kenny, the aggressively acoustic, bluesy, rocking one-man band is kicking off his latest tour at John and Peter’s in New Hope in a live recording session on Saturday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m.

The New Jersey native then travels to over 35 cities throughout the South, hitting Knoxville, Nashville and Fort Worth, and heading west to Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Portland, winding up in St. Louis, Chicago, and Cincinnati, before returning home in November.

Kenny’s music blends rock, blues and country, but it’s his blindingly fast, spellbinding riffs, often based in blues or boogie-woogie progressions, that makes this up-and-coming performer a pleasure to see and hear.

Kenny comes armed with an array of guitars, a mini-drum kit, a banjo and an effects pedal board that fits snugly into his trademark red American Tourister Suitcase Kick Drum. His performances have been described as “Neil Young meets Keller Williams”, with a dynamic delivery of edgy rock and emotionally-charged original songs.
