Family Heritage Night

Upper Elementary School
All LES and UES children are invited to come and share in the history, traditions and heritage of their
family through food, dance, music, games and displays! Guests will taste exotic foods, play games, hear
stories from around the world and catch up with friends and neighbors in an interesting and festive
environment. We’ve got a few surprises this year too!
If your family would like to participate this year by hosting a table at Family Heritage Night, please either
return the bottom portion of this form to your child’s teacher or email Kim Madarasz directly at
kimmadarasz@comcast.net. If you’d like to share a table with another family representing the same
country/region, please feel free to do so – just provide the names of both families and a primary contact
when completing your form/email. You will receive confirmation of your table reservation and
additional information regarding the event details once all responses are received.
Table reservations are due by Tuesday, February 17, 2015 (revised)
