Crossing Vineyards and Winery
On Oct. 25, the winery offers a five-course dinner, which features wild mushroom ravioli alongside Viognier and Chardonnay ’13,
and celebrates the flavors of fall, offering tastes for every palate, from butternut squash soup and cider braised pork with whipped sweet potatoes to Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot ’06 and Cabernet Franc ’06, among other award-winning varieties. The meal finishes with a touch of sweet garnered from bread pudding topped with orange-scent whipped cream and complemented by Wild Berry Royale.
