Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that damaged a vehicle on the Centre Bridge–Stockton Bridge earlier this year, according to a recent press release.

State police were alerted to the incident in Solebury Township at 12:29 p.m. on June 14.

A Stockton, New Jersey, man was driving a Chevrolet Silverado northbound across the bridge when an oncoming vehicle struck the pickup truck’s driver-side mirror, causing damage, troopers said.

The striking vehicle failed to stop and continued driving away from the scene, state police said.

The Silverado driver contacted troopers to report the minor crash and damage caused by it, troopers said.

According to state police, the fleeing vehicle may have been a red pickup truck, possibly a Dodge Ram.
