Solebury Police Help Save Injured Bald Eagle

A bald eagle was saved by Solebury cops.

The Solebury Township Police Department is making headlines for helping an injured bald eagle.

Sgt. Kevin Edwards and Officer Anthony Viruet-Melendez, accompanied by several kind-hearted residents of Pidcock Creek Road, came together Sunday to rescue the injured bald eagle.

The officers, along with the assistance of caring residents, worked diligently to ensure the eagle’s safety. Their combined efforts culminated in successfully rescuing the majestic bird, which was promptly transported to Aark Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Chalfont for medical attention.
