Princeton’s Chez Alice Patisserie, a French-inspired artisan bakery, opened in the City of Lambertville over the winter.

The new location, situated in a newly renovated storefront on Bridge Street, carries Chez Alice’s specialty desserts, including macarons, eclairs, napoleons, and signature cakes like Mango Mousse and Framboisier.

Chez Alice Patisserie’s is at 15 Bridge Street, which is next to the Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, and took the place of Pasha Rugs, which moved over to a new location at 27 Bridge Street.

The intimate seating area next to the glass bakery cases is made for enjoying a light breakfast or lunch menu of salads and sandwiches. Tea Time is also available on weekdays by reservation, according to Genesis Hospitality, the operators of the cafe.

The location in Lambertville is the business’ second. Chez Alice Patisserie’s original location in Princeton has grown to have a loyal following over the years.

“We are thrilled to open our new location in this vibrant community,” said Elka Devash, chief creative officer of Genesis Hospitality. “We’re excited to be part of the neighborhood.”
