Beppe Gambetta returns to Prallsville Mills in Stockton for two shows in January

World-class Italian guitarist and singer Beppe Gambetta will perform two concerts next month at the Prallsville Mills in Stockton, N.J.

Gambetta has found a second home in Stockton, and each year invites one or two wonderful musicians he has met along the road to join him for a special performance at the Prallsville Mills. This year, his guests will be North Carolina blues guitarist Jon Shain and bassist FJ Ventre for shows on Saturday, Jan. 11, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Jan. 12, at 3 p.m.

Together, the three master musicians will explore traditional and original music drawn from their deep affection and appreciation for American and Italian roots. Shain is the winner of the 2019 International Blues Challenge, and Gambetta’s honors include being named “one of the best flatpickers anywhere” by The Huffington Post. He is also an extremely funny, interesting and charming performer.

The concerts are presented by Music You Can’t Hear On The Radio and benefit the non-profit Delaware River Mill Society.

Tickets are $35 each, and can be purchased online.

The Prallsville Mills are  located at 33 Risler St. (Rte 29) in Stockton, five miles north of Lambertville and New Hope.
