The initial phase of development, which includes the first 10 townhomes and a model home, will be ready for occupancy in late spring 2016. On completion, the project will comprise 37 townhomes situated within a gated community.
Full customization is apparently a key feature of the 42-foot-wide, two-story residences, which will range in size from 3,583 to 3,685 square feet, and feature open floor plans with private elevators and courtyards.
