Lambertville Police Blotter: DUIs, warrants, allegedly intoxicated male standing on Route 29 blocking traffic and yelling

Stacey O. Rubolino, 44 of Stockton, NJ was arrested on March 1 for DUI at 2:23 a.m.

Ptl. Gramlich observed Rubolino throw a lit cigarette from the driver’s side window. Ptl. Gramlich stopped Rubolino in the area of 72 S. Franklin St. Subsequent to investigation, Rubolino was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and placed under arrest. Rubolino was charged with DUI, Careless Driving and Throwing litter from a vehicle. Rubolino was later released with a pending court date.

Case #15001201:

Carmelo Carrada, 24 of Lambertville, NJ was arrested on March 3 for DUI at 1:07 a.m.

Ptl. Gramlich observed Carrada driving erratically in the area of Washington St. Ptl. Gramlich stopped Carrada on Hancock Street, and subsequent to investigation, Carrada was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and placed under arrest. Carrada was charged with DUI, Failure to maintain lane, Reckless driving, and Unlicensed driver. Carrada was later released with a pending court date.

Case #15001216:

Tyler J. Siess, 22 of Stockton, NJ was arrested on March 3 for an outstanding warrant at 9:12 p.m.

While on patrol, Ptl. Albani observed a motor vehicle lodged in a snow bank in the area of Washington and York streets. Subsequent to investigation, Siess was found to have an active traffic warrant issued from the Municipal Court of Raritan Township, NJ in the amount of $500. Siess was placed under arrest, and processed for the warrant. Siess was R.O.R. on the warrant, and charged with having a suspended drivers license. Siess was later released.

Case #15001377:

Byron A. Whetstone, 26 of Trenton was arrested on March 11 for outstanding warrants. Lt. Brown stopped Whetstone in the area of State Highway 179 and Old York Road for speeding. Subsequent to investigation, Whetstone was found to have active warrants issued from Hopewell Township Municipal Court in the amount of $304. The second warrant was issued from Ewing Township Municipal Court in the amount of $164, and the third warrant was issued from Trenton Municipal Court in the amount of $89. Whetstone was placed under arrest, and processed. Whetstone was later released after posting bail on all three warrants.

Whetstone has a pending court date for two summonses issued; for failure to wear a seatbelt and driving while suspended.

Case #15001406:

Jorge U. Vacquez, 42 of Lambertville was arrested on March 13 at 4:11 a.m. for multiple violations. While on routine patrol, Lt. Brown was stopped by a pedestrian who reported an intoxicated male, out of control, standing on State Highway 29 in the area of Mt. Hope Street, blocking traffic and yelling.

Subsequent to investigation, Vacquez was arrested for disorderly conduct, urinating in public, and interference with a police officer. Vacquez was also found to have an active warrant issued by Lambertville Municipal Court in the amount of $650. Vacquez was unable to post bail and was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail in default of bail.
