This weekend marks the twentieth anniversary of the New Hope Arts and Crafts Festival, an annual for-profit event brought to you by the New Hope Chamber of Commerce. Here’s the basic skinny:

What: Juried fine arts and crafts event
When: 10-6 p.m. on Saturday and 10-5 p.m. on Sunday
Where: Outdoors at the New Hope-Solebury High School, 180 W. Bridge St.; no overhead cover
How to get there: If you’re in shape, a several-minute jaunt up the hill from Main Street; also shuttle bus to/from Bucks County Playhouse on South Main Street; easy drive from routes 202, 29, and 32
Parking: School parking lot
Restrooms: 22 portables and sinks
Public Admission Price: Free
Attendance: 15,000 to 20,000 est.
Awards/Prizes: 3 categories and best of show; $3,000 in prizes
Vender types: Lots of jewelry; fine art, crafts, misc. products
Product Quality Standard: All items must be hand made or embellished
Art/Craft Spaces: 220
Art/Craft Space Price: $290 for 10′ x 10′, and $315 for “premium”
Jury Fee: $20
Refreshments/Snacks: Food Court
Food Spaces: 6
Food Space Price: $450 for 10′ x 10′
Entertainment: Music tent; performers include Satellite Hearts, Gregg Cagno, Cathy Block
