Last month, several veterans and first responders wed or renewed their vows at the Bucks County Administration Building in Doylestown Borough.

The celebration of love was part of Bucks County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court Linda Bobrin’s Vows and Veterans program.

The Nov. 10 event saw former congressman and 32nd Under Secretary of the Army Patrick Murphy preside.

The celebration didn’t just include vows, it included photography by Courtney Kanig Photography, live music, flowers, videography, cupcakes, and a catered lunch.

Bobrin, who is set to become a county judge next month, started the program several years ago.

Our nonprofit Bucks County Weddings and Wills for Heroes makes these events possible,” said Bobrin.

The office annually holds ceremonies in February for Valentine’s Day and in November for Veterans Day.
