Lambertville, New Hope Hosting Holiday Tree Lightings

The holiday season is set to begin in both the City of Lambertville and New Hope Borough as the riverfront tons host annual tree lighting ceremonies.

The Greater Lambertville Chamber of Commerce will usher in the holidays with a Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, Nov. 28, at 5 p.m.

The event will take place in The Porkyard, the courtyard located between Revolution Woodfire Grille and The Boat House.

Attendees can expect a variety of festivities, including spirited cocktails, warm conversation, and complimentary hot chocolate. The evening will feature Christmas caroling by the South Hunterdon Regional High School Choir, festive décor, and music.

The highlight of the event, the official tree lighting with Mayor Andrew Nowick. The lighting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.

In addition to the sparkling lights, the event will include an outdoor bar and seating, along with a special appearance from Santa Claus.

The Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce will hold its tree lighting on Sunday, Nov. 30, at 5 p.m. at the Logan Inn on West Ferry Street.

The New Hope Borough ceremony will feature live music and a arrival from Santa, who is scheduled to arrive on a fire truck.

The town will host its annual New Hope Holiday Parade next Sunday.
