Two incumbent Solebury Township supervisors held onto their six-year terms in Tuesday’s municipal election, according to unofficial results.

Democrat Mark Baum Baicker, who cross-filed and appeared on both the Democratic and Republican ballots, and Democrat John Francis kept the two open supervisor seats. They defeated Republican challenger John DeAndrea.

In a separate contest, Democrat Laura Kim won the race for township tax collector and defeated Republican Bob Carr.

Democrat Joanna Caplan ran unopposed and will serve a six-year term as township auditor.

The uncontested New Hope-Solebury School Board race saw four candidates win four-year terms. Liz Sheehan, Ellen Stiefel, Melissa Persichetti and Tracy Costigan were elected. All ran on both the Democratic and Republican party tickets.
