Supermodel Yolanda Hadid has listed her 32-acre Solebury Township estate, which she transformed into a family retreat.

The property is on the market for $10.88 million, The Wall Street Journal first reported.

Hadid has relocated to Texas, according to reports.

Hadid, who purchased the Mechanicsville Road property in 2017, created manicured gardens, grew lavender, and kept horses, cows, and goats on the land. The property was a site for numerous celebrity visits and served as a retreat for her three model and musician adult children—Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid—each of whom had a well-appointed cottage.

The property was noted by Hadid for its closeness to Manhattan.

The Hadid family stayed there during the early months of the pandemic and planted lavender fields.

“It was so much work, but we had so much fun,” Hadid told The Wall Street Journal. “It was like coming together as a family and serving the land.”

Hadid sought the property as a sanctuary following her divorce and battle with chronic neurological Lyme disease.

“Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life,” Hadid told the Daily Mail. “I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland.”

Hadid recalled falling in love with the property instantly.

“When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love… there were no gates at that time so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway, the energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings,” she told the tabloid.

The main residences is 1810 three-story stone farmhouse, which is described in the listing as a modernized 3,400-square-foot dwelling. It features three bedrooms, five baths, five wood-burning fireplaces, and front and rear porches. The main residence includes a country kitchen with custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. The entire third floor is dedicated to the owner’s suite, according to the listing.

The property includes a European-style concrete pool, a home office or massage room, and a lower-level parlor.

The guest cottages used by the Hadid kids include: The one-bedroom 1811 Carriage House, The Corn Crib Cottage with a lofted bedroom, and the two-bedroom Lavender Cottage that as a view of the gardens.

A historic stone barn has 8,000 square feet of room, and the listing notes the potential uses include a recording studio, fitness facility, event venue, or cigar and billiards lounge.

Equestrian facilities beneath the barn provide 14 stalls, wash stalls, tack and feed rooms, and a manager’s office. Outdoor equestrian amenities include a round pen and a professional dressage and jumping arena, the listing said.

A restored Spring House is used for storing wine, lavender oils, and seasonal harvests.

BravoTV.com reported that Hadid had lived on the farm with boyfriend Joseph Jingoli, a construction company CEO, before they ended their relationship this summer.
