A new bed and breakfast received conditional use approval from the Solebury Township Board of Supervisors.

Last month, the supervisors unanimously approved a request by Ellen DeMasi and Anna Mae Cashin to operate a bed and breakfast at 3515 Windy Bush Road, a location where that use was not previously permitted.

The approval allows the property to host no more than two adult guests and two children at any given time.

The conditional use approval restricts the property from hosting events and notes that it cannot include a separate kitchen for guests.

In other business, the supervisors approved a certificate of appropriateness for Jeffrey Bach to replace the siding on a home along Aquetong Road.
