United Way Offers Free Tax Preparation Assistance In Lambertville

The United Way of Hunterdon County is making tax season less daunting for qualified residents of the City o Lambertville and surrounding areas by offering free tax preparation services.

The services are being offered through the nonprofit’s IRS-certified Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

Residents seeking assistance can book in-person appointments at several locations throughout Hunterdon County, including Flemington, Milford, Lambertville, and Clinton.

For those in the City of Lambertville, the appointments will be held at the Fisherman’s Mark office at 60 Wilson Street.

To take advantage of this free service, participants are required to bring a completed information packet to their appointment. The packets are available in both English and Spanish and can be found next to the book drop at the Lambertville Public Library.
