A winter storm from Monday evening through Tuesday morning blanketed the New Hope-Lambertville area with just under 2 inches of snow.

The weather prompted school cancellations and delayed openings for numerous businesses. Local kids enjoyed sledding while municipal workers were plowing and salting streets and sidewalks.
