Union Square, the commercial mixed-use property in New Hope Borough, is building a new sign.

Late last year, New Hope Borough Council approved a certificate of appropriateness for the new sign along West Bridge Street at Union Square.

Union Square is replacing its existing sign due to its age and wear, according to Borough Manager Pete Gray.

If you’re driving into the heart of New Hope Borough, the Union Square sign is one of the first things you’ll see as you cruise into the central business district.

A picture of the new sign and its timeline for completion will be reported to council.
