A Central Bucks School District administrator from the City of Lambertville was arrested and charged with following an alleged domestic disturbance on Thursday night, according to authorities.

Kevin Marton, 53, of Lambertville, was taken into custody after the reported domestic situation occurred around 9:20 PM on Mary Street in Doylestown Borough.

According to the Central Bucks Regional Police Department, Marton approached the residence and engaged in a conversation with the occupant outside. However, after the occupant returned inside the house, Marton allegedly entered without permission and began searching different rooms as if looking for someone.

Despite being asked to leave multiple times by the resident, Marton remained in the house, police said.

Additionally, he reportedly sent the occupant numerous harassing text messages during the incident, police said.

Marton has been serving as the principal of Tohickon Middle School in Plumstead Township since 2014.

Following his arrest, Marton was preliminarily arraigned before a district judge on charges of criminal trespassing and harassment. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
