Theresa Marie (Corona) Knipe passed away at a retirement home in Merida Mexico on July 9, 2023. She was 84.
She grew up in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Salvatore and Julia Corona. She graduated from Cecilian Academy in 1956, married the late John Paul Torma and later moved to Sellersville, Bucks County. She and her second husband, Douglas Knipe, built a successful framing company in Lambertville, N.J. which they ran until retiring to Cozumel, Mexico a decade ago.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister, Rose Corona Morton of New York City; a daughter, Julie K. Brown of Hollywood, Fla; a son, John Paul Knipe of Ringoes, NJ; and a daughter Terry Michelle Knipe of Bear, Del.
