With both sides of the Delaware River filled with onlookers, fireworks returned on Saturday night.

Just past 9:30 p.m., Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce and New Hope Celebrates returned gleaming and shimmering fireworks to the river after a hiatus of several years.

Thousands of people filled New Hope Borough and the City of Lambertville to enjoy the show.

The next shows are scheduled for Friday, August 4 and Friday, September 1. The fireworks on those days will commence at approximately 9:10 p.m.
