Margaret S. Smith, 25, of Phillipsburg, N.J., was arrested on June 27 at 2:49 a.m. for DUI.
While on patrol, Lt. Brown observed Smith driving erratically in the area of State Highway 179. Lt. Brown stopped Smith in the area of S.H. 179, north of Old York Road. Subsequent to investigation, Smith was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and placed under arrest. Smith was charged with DUI, failure to keep right, and careless driving. Smith was later released with a pending court date.

Matthew Ryan Achuff, 25, of Doylestown was arrested on June 21 at 3:10 a.m. for DUI.
While on patrol, Lt. Brown observed Achuff driving erratically in the area of Bridge and Union streets. Lt. Brown stopped Achuff in the area of Bridge Street and Lambert Lane. Subsequent to investigation, Achuff was found to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest. Achuff was charged with DUI, failure to stop at a traffic light, careless driving, and a loud muffler. Achuff was later released with a pending court date.

Nebkheperua Neblett, 55, of Lansdale was arrested on June 21 at 9:55 p.m. for DUI.
While on patrol, Ptl. Pascoe observed Neblett traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of State Highway 29 and Mt. Hope Street. Ptl. Pascoe stopped Neblett in the area of State Highway 165, just south of Bridge Street. Subsequent to investigation, Neblett was found to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest. Neblett was charged with DUI, open container in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and speeding. Neblett was later released with a pending court date.

Jeremy Ruga, 27, of Hamilton, N.J. was arrested and charged with DUI on Wednesday July 1 at approximately 12:40 a.m.
While on patrol, Sgt. Anthony Memolo observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Route 29 in the area of Weeden Street at a high rate of speed. Sgt. Memolo conducted a motor vehicle stop on the suspect vehicle in the area of Route 29 and Valley Road. Subsequent to investigation, Ruga was found to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest. Ruga was charged with DUI, careless driving, and speeding. Ruga was later released with a pending court date.

Michael Griffin, 41, of Stockton was arrested on July 2 at 5:20 a.m. for shoplifting.
Sgt. Anthony Memolo stopped Griffin’s vehicle on Route 179 for operating an unregistered vehicle. Griffin was also a suspect in recent thefts from Valparaiso’s Deli. During the course of Sgt. Memolo’s investigation, it was discovered that Griffin was also operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license. Griffin was charged with multiple counts of shoplifting, driving while suspended, and operating an unregistered vehicle. Griffin was later released with a pending court appearance.
Case # 15004442
Criminal mischief involving a vehicle parked on North Main Street in the area of Coryell Street was reported on Saturday July 4 at approximately 12:45 p.m. The vehicle owner reported that sometime between Friday, July 3 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 4 at 12:30 p.m., someone threw an egg at the driver’s side window and door of a 2015 Ford Escape. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lambertville Police Department.
