Comedian Kate Clinton takes on New Hope

New Hope Celebrates is presenting an evening with Kate Clinton at the Bucks County Playhouse Oct. 19 at 8 p.m.

Says her press release, “Join Kate for her 2012 All Fracked Up Tour. Kate’s hyperbolic fracking method shakes the bedrock of the comedy mother lode with seismic aftershocks of laughter. She vents about global weirding. Tosses an occu-pie in the face of banksters. Glitter-bombs presidential politics. Spelunks some LGBT schist. Mud will be flung. Warning: dikes could be in danger of collapse. It’s a blast!  She’s a gas! And after – Kate always cleans up her own fracking mess!”

General admission for the event is $29.50; VIP admission $50. All general admission tickets include Kate’s show at the Bucks County Playhouse, with seating available on a first-come basis. Doors will open at 7:15 for the show. A limited number of “VIP” tickets are available which include a special meet n’ greet session with Kate before the show at New Hope Borough Hall from 6:30-7:30 p.m. with light fare provided by DiSh catering.  Please visit the theater website for more information.
