New Hope – Solebury Community Choir and Children’s Choir to start making music in September

Edited Press Release:

The New Hope-Solebury Community Choir and the NHS Community Children’s choir are scheduled to begin in September, 2012. NHSCC is a true grass-roots community choir program – the choirs are non-audition, made up of members of the community and the immediate surrounding area, rehearsing weekly, allowing us to share the joys of singing with our family, friends and neighbors. The Community Choir is for adult and teen singers and would-be singers beginning at age 14; the Children’s Choir is designed for singers and would-be singers between the ages of 7–13.

NHSCC is led by New Hope resident Rick Rosen, Minister of Music at the Church of the Messiah in Gwynedd. Rick also teaches the summer Young Songwriter Clubs at the New Hop –Solebury Free Library, and is the Founder/Artistic Director of male a cappella group Cordus Mundi.

For more information about the choir(s) or to join our merry band, contact Rick Rosen at theNew Hope-Solebury Community Choir; email rbrtawk@comcast.net or phone (650) 219-2748.
