Spring Break School Holiday Camps at Bucks County Audubon Society

Have you ever wondered what to do with your children on the days that you have work, yet they have

off of school? Do they stay at home alone, do you hire a babysitter, or do you take them to Bucks

County Audubon Society’s School Holiday Camps?

These camps are geared towards kids ages 4-10 and run 9am to 3pm. These days are filled with fun from

hiking, live animals, stories, crafts, scientific experiments, and nature discoveries! Please note that you

do not have to register for the full week, but you are more than welcome to. Our spring camps are

slated for Spring Break, April 10 th -14 th and give your child a unique chance to study the blooming

ecosystem!

Monday, April 10th: “Five Senses of Spring”- Animals use different senses to survive. What senses do we

use that may differ from the critters that call BCAS their home?

Tuesday, April 11th: “Author and Illustrator – Nature Journaling”- Learn about the art of Nature

Journaling as we design our own nature journal to take with us and record our favorite parts of the

outdoor world!

Wednesday, April 12th: “It’s a Small World”- Did you know that in one small section of ground, you can

discover a lot about the environment’s health? Observe different habitats, like fields, forests and

streams up close!

Thursday, April 13th: “Swirling Stream and Peaceful Pond”- It may all be water to you, but the stream

and pond are vastly different! Let’s find out how!

Friday, April 14th: “Jeopardy”- In this game show-inspired day, we’ll spend our time learning all sorts of

exciting nature-trivia! Participants will have a chance to show off the knowledge that they’ve gained

from camp or learn something new!

Fee: $45/day for BCAS Members and $60/day for Non-Members

All camps take place at our Visitor Center (2877 Creamery Rd. New Hope PA, 18938). For more details,
