Join us for our First Chef Cook-Off!
Thursday, March 10, 6pm – 9pm
Starting January of 2016, on one Thursday each month, Mojito will be hosting a Chef Cook-Off! The competition simply is a head-to-head battle between two Chefs. The Chefs will each create 3 small plates of their choice, only using the same ingredient in their featured entree dish. The customers get to vote on each plate based on taste, creativity, and presentation. The choice to participate in this event is a fixed price $25 which includes 6 small plates (3 by each Chef), one house wine, domestic beer, or house mixed drink.
Also, there’s a chance to win a $10 gift certificate on your next visit to Mojito Cuba Caribe! The winning Chef and winner of the gift certificate will be announced when the kitchen closes (9pm).
