Comedy Night: The C Word with Dwayne Dunlevy

Dwayne Dunlevy began a career in comedy at 17 years old as a way to overcome stage fright. After winning his first ever contest at Pratt University in Brooklyn, NY Dwayne embarked on a four-year comedy career. Eventually, cabaret and theatre entertainment became his focus along with community theater and event hosting. In 2007 Dwayne fell into a job as the Entertainment Producer of a cabaret theater called Harlan’s Cabaret in what was then The Nevermore Hotel in New Hope. Over three years he booked talent as well as overseeing the sound, lighting, and marketing of the shows. Dwayne met and worked with world-class performers the likes of Ann Hampton Callaway, Marylin Mae, Andrea Mcardle, and Coco Peru. He began writing his own shows and producing them at Harlan’s cabaret to rave reviews. His one-man shows Neurotica and Insayne with Dwayne and The “C” Word premiered to sold-out audiences.
