  • To say Ricky was one of a kind would be the understatement of the century. In a million years no one could replace him. The most honest, hilarious, real, but gentle soul I’ve ever met. There is a reason everyone flocked to him. He was and is so very special and his beautiful inner light made everyone feel a closeness to him. He will never be forgotten. Love you friend always

  • I always loved New Hope, but my adoration for this little gem of a town was the day I met Ricky at Karla’s about ten years ago. He was an example of the epitome of New Hope-true to himself, brutally honest with others, and wickedly funny. I hope you are serving your famous Lemon Drop martinis with the angels. You will be missed!
