POLICE REPORTS: DUIs, Stalking, Terroristic Threats

On Nov. 16, Laurie McHugh, 51, of New Hope, was charged in a criminal complaint with four counts of DUI (first offense), and Careless Driving. She was arrested on Nov. 11 by Officer Daniel W. Naftulin.

On Nov. 16, Michelle Mary Walter, 21, of Lower Gwynedd, was charged in a criminal complaint with four counts of DUI (first offense), and possession of Marijuana – Small Amount, Personal Use. She was arrested on Nov. 10 by Officer Matthew R. Peppelman.

On Nov. 7, Valentine R. Pfaff, 54, of Flemington, N.J., was charged in a criminal complaint with Criminal Mischief – Damaging Property, and Loitering and Prowling at Night Time. Officer Kenneth M. Kozuhowski made the arrest on Oct. 19.

On Nov. 3, Michael John Denny, 25, of Feasterville-Trevose, was charged in a criminal complaint with an Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property (requiring driver to stop, return and/or remain at scene). He was arrested on Oct. 17 by Officer Steven A. Gruber.

Solebury

On Nov. 3, Jose Luis Grisales Vanegas, 24, of New Hope, was charged in a criminal complaint with DUI (first offense), Duties at Stop Sign, Careless Driving, Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle, and Driving Without a License. He was arrested on Oct. 25 by Officer Gary W. Forrester Jr.

On Nov. 3, Christoph J. Jack, 59, of Trenton, was charged in a criminal complaint with thee counts of DUI (first offense), and Careless Driving. He was arrested on Oct. 30 by Officer Matthew J. Rice.

Buckingham

On Nov. 17, Shane W. Holderer, 55, of Pipersville, was arrested by Officer Robert D. Logan, and charged in a criminal complaint with Stalking – Repeatedly Committing Acts To Cause Fear, and Harassment – Course of Conduct with No Legitimate Purpose, stemming from an incident on Sept. 22, 2013. He was unable to post bail, and is being housed at Bucks County Correctional Facility while awaiting a preliminary hearing.

On Nov. 12, Daniel Joseph Jasper, 25, of Jenkintown, was charged in a criminal complaint with Terroristic Threats with the Intent to Terrorize Another, and Harassment – Communicating Lewd, Threatening, etc. Language. He was arrested on Nov. 11 by Officer Stephan A. Thomas, was unable to post bail, and is being housed at Bucks County Correctional Facility while awaiting a preliminary hearing.

On Nov. 7, Derya Puchals, 41, of Doylestown, was charged in a criminal complaint with two counts of DUI (first offense), Obedience to Traffic Control Devices, Careless Driving, and Driving an Unregistered Vehicle. Officer Charles J. Snyder made the arrest on Oct. 27.

On Nov. 2, Sierra Marie Heinzman, 21, of Telford, was charged in a criminal complaint with Disorderly Conduct –  Engaging In Fighting, and Criminal Mischief – Damaged Property. She was arrested by Officer Stephen A. Thomas on Oct. 29.

On Nov. 2, Stephen James Demetro, 26, of Doylestown, was charged in a criminal complaint with four counts of DUI (first offense), and two counts of Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit Established. Officer John E. Roussel made the arrest on Oct. 23.

Lambertville

Case #16010359:

On Nov. 20, Ptl. Pascoe responded to a residence on North Union Street for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim reported leaving his vehicle unlocked, with the keys in the center console, on North Union Street at approximately 11 p.m. on Nov. 19. The victim realized his vehicle was missing on Nov. 20 at approximately 7:30 p.m.. The investigation remains active and ongoing.

Case #16010255:

Robert M. Pellegrino, 30, of Warminster was arrested on Nov. 16 at 5:58 a.m. for an active warrant.

While on patrol, Sgt. Gramlich observed Pellegrino’s vehicle traveling in the area of State Highway 29 and Weeden Street at a high rate of speed. Sgt. Gramlich stopped Pellegrino in the area of State Highway 165 and Bridge Street. Subsequent to investigation, Pellegrino was found to have an active ATS warrant out of Trenton Municipal Court in the amount of $120. Pellegrino was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. He was able to post bail and was later released. Pellegrino was issued a motor vehicle summons for Speeding.
